Position Overview The Capital Projects Manager has the primary responsibility of delivering County capital infrastructure improvement projects requiring advanced expertise in multiple engineering-related functions, as well as performing a variety of professional engineering assignments. The position will support the Public Works Stormwater and Solid Waste divisions through the execution of projects in their areas and ensuring that they are delivered on time, on budget, a
