We're hiring for a CCTV Inspection Operator/Tech IV :

• Performs and coordinates critical Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) inspections, including the daily operation, maintenance and repair of the city’s wastewater collection system.
• This position works under limited supervision.

Required Knowledge, Experience, And Training

• High school diploma or equivalent and
• 6 years of experience operating a Class B or A commercial vehicle with air brakes and tanker endorsements or
• an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Knowledge of:

• wastewater collection inspection, maintenance and cleaning; 
• operation and maintenance of vehicles, equipment and tools used in underground or wastewater utility work; 
• customer service practices; sewer lift station operation and repair, pipeline construction and repair and construction site protocols; and 
• computer usage including related software.

Ability to:

• safely operate equipment and tools utilized in work; 
• interpret and apply SDS (safety data sheets) data and other safety procedures;
• maintain state and city-required licenses and certificates; 
• communicate effectively in the English language at a level necessary for efficient job performance; and 
• perform all essential functions as assigned by an authorized employee, supervisor and/or manager with or without reasonable accommodation.

Individuals must be capable of operating vehicles safely and have an acceptable driving record.
