In this role you will oversee a Class IV Activated Sludge Treatment Plant with an average dry weather flow of 12.4 million gallons per day serving a population of over 57,000 people as well as Industrial users. This role also includes the unique opportunity to oversee an award-winning engineered compost system.

Possession of an Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Treatment Grade IV Certification, or the ability to obtain within 12 months of job placement. An associate's degree in water/wastewater technology, engineering, or environmental services and five years of experience in the operation of a class III or higher treatment facility and experience leading and/or supervising the work of others. Or any combination of education and experience to qualify for the Grade IV Certification.
